The role encompasses alot more than just branding, includes ux research and was wondering how much is a good overall package for this excluding insurance benefits.

Today I will have my video HR round with TCS.
My current CTC was 11.27 LPA with LWD on 28th Feb in Wipro and I am expecting 20 LPA from TCS
My YOE is 9.7 Years in SAS/SQL/SAS Macros.

What do you suggest here , will TCS give me as per my expectation or at what salary should I get satisfied.. ?

I have another Offer Letter of 15LPA with 04-APR joining Date but I don't want to join that org and want to be part of TCS (obviously for Brand and WLB).

If there is any senior staff, or member with credible information on this, please share your 2 cents. The suspense is killing me, and I am sure many of you echo my sentiments here.

- July but with salary effective from April (paid as arrears in July). Something similar for June as well.

Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer. I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.

He called me unprofessional and said you could have informed. I know I am at fault as well as the offer was released on Monday.
