Hi, I work in a retail company in London. I’ve been here for just over a year and I have a total of 3 years experience as a BA. I want to switch to a FinTech company but finding it difficult to even get an interview. Any tips or advice on how to get into FinTech as a BA?

Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods. If anyone has any studies you could point me to, I’d love to see those as well! I’m 40 and my mom entered menopause at 41.
