I got an offer from Genpact for R2R assistant manager profile (night shift) with 9.90 lpa where 90k is variable and I also hold an offer from TCS for Business Process Lead position ( rotation) Bpo 3 with 10 lpa where variable is 120000. So I’m confuse which will be the better option?

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). No response whatsoever. Will emailing them again be inappropriate? I desperately need this job
