Hi Everyone,
I have 2 offers for Data Engineer role:
1: Impetus (LeapLogic Product + WFH till further notice then Hybrid)
2: Enquero (Permanent WFH + Good Project)

Impetus is offering 6LPA and Enquero is offering 7.5LPA.

I have 1 year of experience and I am a little confused about which one to join.
My main aim is to learn as much as I can.
So, If any seniors here have any idea about the companies and can give some advice, It would be of great help.

Ok, I’m in. What are the salaries of some of the jobs you guys are doing, and the daily demands (hours and typical time of day you need to be “online”)? Are we talking working 2 90k jobs or the second job is a $35k data entry side gig?

Typically what fund size do you need to target to get $225k+ in total comp (base+bonus) as a 1Y Associate? HH’s are mentioning sub-200k salaries to me across all opportunities coming my way, LMM funds ($600M-$2B).

I am happy to join CTS but very much worried about the attrition rate of cognizant recently.
