I have 3+ years of experience in sales and business development in the EdTech sector, mainly handling lead conversion, client relationships, and revenue generation.

I’m now looking to transition into FMCG or IT/SaaS sales roles for better exposure and long-term growth. I would really appreciate guidance on how feasible this transition is and what skills or certifications can improve my chances.

Any insights from those who have made a similar shift would be very helpful.

Hi folks, i have recently joined tcs and now i had received a RnD kind of story and i have prepared the demo and also given the code to client as it was split between me and one client side developer. There are bugs in project but none of them are assigned to me. I had attended all the bug review meetings. Will it be a wise move to ask manager to assign me some bugs? Or should i just wait

I have ADD and occasionally make small mistakes in my work, like leaving a word missing when editing sentences, small formatting errors or leaving an internal comment in drafts sent to clients. All partners have been very understanding and care about the quality of my work, and no client has ever complained. Partners and clients praise my work.

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

I have been approached with an opportunity at JP Morgan Chase for their private client advisor role. The book is about 30M all in. I am currently an experienced hybrid asset manager wholesaler and have experience in advising as well. Curious about the opportunity with JPM and if it’s worth it.
