I have 9+ years of experience as a Java backend developer. I resigned due to a toxic work environment without another offer, but I’m not getting many interview calls.
My last working day is 4th May, and I’m unsure whether to withdraw my resignation or wait for the right opportunity.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Appeared for an interview in TCS on 7th april and after that no mail communication, only phone calls to upload documents. Uploaded documents and it is showing in verified stage. Status in portal still showing "Resume Shortlisted", what is that mean??

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
