I have been interviewing for past couple of month, my last working day is in 10 days. I have a offer in hand but don't want to join that company. Last week, 2 companies that I interviewed with asked for all the documents after all interview rounds, it has been 5 - 6 days since then. I am worried they are going to ghost me, what should I do?

Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark. I have worked only in a few tools in GCP and done basic coding in pyspark and above average in SQL, but need to be prepared to handle all questions to grab some offer.
