I have received an offer from Deloitte India for an SAP Security role with around 6 years of experience.
I wanted to understand from current or recent Deloitte professionals:
Is there any difference in the type of SAP projects handled in Gurugram vs Noida?
Are implementation and transformation projects more common in one location compared to the other?Does the office location impact exposure to global/onshore stakeholders or onsite opportunities?Any guidance would be really helpful.

I applied for a job within my unit that I do not qualify for. Now, I have an interview for this job. Switching team internally competing with external candidates. was asking a promotion for next grade midpoint but was ok to accept >=50% hike which i told hiring manager before the process start itself which he said will consider if I'm the one selected.

Attended 5 rounds-- 1 coding, 2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 hr. Now after 2 months telling me I'm the selected one, but offering me just 20% hike and same grade

How's the job security at Accenture as such? I know that last year, they sacked people ruthlessly and now are facing a resource crunch. Also that they mandatorily place poor performers in PIP.
