I have ~3.5 years experience. I'm currently in my notice period(7 days left) and have 3 offers:

🔹 EY – Senior (GenAI/Data & AI) - Rank 42
→ 18 LPA fixed (negotiating — may go up to 22–24)

🔹 LatentView Analytics – Senior Analyst
→ 21 LPA fixed

🔹 Apexon – AI/ML Engineer
→ 24 LPA fixed + 1L joining bonus

Also currently interviewing with Thomson Reuters for Senior Software Engineer AI Role.
Could you please help me which one to pick and why ??

I have an offer of 15 Lpa from Nagarro and expecting one from Capgemini around 18-19 maybe with joining bonus as the offer letter is not yet released. Really confused which one to join as Nagarro has a pros of work from anywhere while Capgemini will work on hybrid model. Can anyone please help me in giving some insights .

Just curious. Why are the ME offices always hiring? Is it because people are leaving all the time versus other regions? Or just that the business grows crazily all the time?

Is it possible to switch from consulting to ibanking with a STEM background while on H1B? Or does USCIS care that your education and background fits perfectly into the little description? Job I’m interested in says STEM/business/finance UG required (it’s a capital markets role) but I’m unsure of how this would work (never switched jobs before on H1B). TIA!

What is the standard yearly hike in IT Security industry in North America? I have worked for 7 months in Threat Intelligence in a company in Canada, and I got a yearly hike of just 3% in my first appraisal cycle. My manager says that you get 3% when you are meeting expectations but not going above and beyond. Is this the standard or am I being underpaid? I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?
