I’m from BI/Data background. Salary difference is okay for me. I now prefer long-term stability and moderate work pressure.
Which would you suggest and why?

Cognizant – Fixed ₹18.99 LPA + ₹70K variable (CTC ~₹19.9 LPA), Senior Business Analyst – Analytics
Woodside Energy – Fixed ₹18.06 LPA + ₹1.66 LPA bonus, BI Developer

Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD.
