I have 7+ years of experience in art direction and creative project management, leading campaigns for major brands. I'm now looking to pivot into brand management, which feels more aligned with my long-term goals. I'm unsure if I should enroll in business school to support the transition or try gaining experience through entry-level brand roles, certifications, or mentorship. I'd love advice from anyone who's made a similar career switch—what worked best for you?

Deciding on a career path

I feel like my brain works like a consultant, and I would enjoy consulting, but I also looove all things finance & investing. While I don’t necessarily have extensive experience in the field (most of what I know is self taught, my major is accounting), I want to get involved in it somehow and learn more.

I currently work in audit, I’m not sure what exit opportunities are an option for me for the investing/finance industry. Feel like chances are are slim. Any advice?

The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried?
