I recently completed my final (leadership & cultural) round interview at ThoughtWorks about 3 days ago. Could anyone share how long it usually takes to hear back with the result after this round?

I’ve applied to 3 program manager roles with google and even though I feel I’m over qualified, I’m not getting any interviews or even a screening call from a recruiter. I got NTD for 2/3 already.

If there is anyone willing to take a look at my resume and give me feedback on gaps they see in my experience that would be leading to this i’d appreciate it! If in fact I’m not the right fit now I would really appreciate knowing what to work on to make myself a stronger candidate in the future!

Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?

Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Hello, I have a final panel interview coming up for a Strategic Product Consultant role at Procore (Construction SaaS). It’ll be 3 separate interviews, 30 minute each with a Team Lead, a Senior Consultant, and a Customer Success Manager.

I’ve already completed 2 interviews; 1 screening interview with a recruiter and 1 with a hiring manager.

I have an offer and want to negotiate

1. London base salary but I have to absorb all the expenses (train + stay)
I am thinking to negotiate to

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

I have an offer of 15 Lpa from Nagarro and expecting one from Capgemini around 18-19 maybe with joining bonus as the offer letter is not yet released. I bought CER006 on Nov 21 with my current company email id and completed one certification. I am leaving my current organization and I still have 9+ months time left for CER006. My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. Is there any way I can transfer the certification to my personal email I'd so that I can write other exams in time left?
