I recently received an offer for an Advisor – Data Science/AI/ML role at Evernorth(Cigna) and would love some honest feedback from current or former employees.

How’s the work culture, work-life balance, and quality of work? I’ve seen mixed reviews about micromanagement, layoffs, unstructured work, and long hours. Is that team-specific or common?

Also, how flexible is the work culture? Is it mandatory to complete full office hours?

NFW- I just had a good laugh. Earlier today I was on a video conference call reviewing a Private Label Agreement template with a larger company who wishes to brand label products we develop and manufacture. We came to a very one-sided provision and my sales VP stated “for this one, how can we just say ‘hell no’ ...nicely?” The other person on the call said we can replace the wording with just NFW (no f@$* way) and I said “I will have to add that to the defined terms section so it’s clear”

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? In case of the latter can you guys suggest lucrative technologies which has little/no coding and can definitely give good packages? I've tried changing jobs in Basis for nearly one year and didn't get through. Please help me.

Received offer from Fidelity investment. They mentioned “services are liable to be terminated during or at the expiry of probation or extended period of probation “ there’s no positive term as confirmation.

How about job security at Fidelity?

Also do they pay variable pay as promised?
