I have 3.5 years of experience as a Data Engineer (6 years total IT experience) and have received the following offers:

KPMG Global: 25 LPA (fixed, inhouse project)

Synechron: 27 LPA (fixed, client: American Express, work from client location)

Which offer would be the better choice? Is Synechron a good option? I'd appreciate any suggestions or insights you can share.

Toronto banks: remote or not? They sometimes post jobs where it doesn’t say it’s remote, but no branch/ location/address either. Then you get an interview and they tell you it’s remote/hybrid(1-2-3days, take your pick)/on-site. So, if you work at TD, Scotia, RBC, could you let everybody know in the comments what’s the deal for each? Are you remote, on-site, hybrid of some sort?

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.
