So I recently graduated in the fall semester from school, and I am now trying to find a entry-level full-time position in my field. I graduated with a BA in Cinema and Television Arts; specifically in Entertainment Media Management. I wasn’t able to do an internship because of work and personal stuff. Has anyone here renegotiated their salary after a short time being in a role? I accepted a position and I like what I do but I realize that the workload requires a lot to see success and I feel a bit burned out already with my 40 hours/week and occasional extra 30 minutes to an hour a day.

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.
Now half of the people I asked saying I won't get salary for August as well and half saying i will get salary for August. Can anyone confirm on this?
