I'm a UX UI Designer with 2.6 yrs of experience working in mumbai for an american company. Currently my package is 5.2 LPA and just a few days back I got an appraisal of 6% for my current company.

Can you please let me know what is the best package that is been currently offered for a designer with my experience ? And also if I switch to another company what is the best package that I can ask for.

I need some legit feedback on what is it like to be a UXD at companies like Accenture?
They claim to do a lot of research oriented designs, as everyone. But is that really the case or it's like some other service based companies where the UX is almost vague, and happens mostly based on what the managers think to be good?

Does UX have any value or it's just drafting wireframes based on ideations by the managers and then UI designs?
