How is the work life balance in Citi?
Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?

Bajaj finance is extending an offer to me for Pune location of 16 LPA fixed. My current fixed is 11 LPA. Is this offer good enough ?

It really depends on your experience, industry, role and responsabilities but I would say between 90k and 110k CHF. Could be more in some cases!
This will allow you to have a good à, normal and enjoyable life in our beautiful country, but don't think that's a lot of money here... We don't have crazy salaries in IT such as in the US.
I don't live in Zug but I would say a bit less than 2000 CHF for renting a nice small flat with 1 room and 1 living room. The most difficult will be to be selected by the owner/agency though, nice or cheap flats are extremely difficult to get, especially for a foreigner not yet living in Switzerland (absolutely no chance)
