Has anyone rejoined their previous company and then decided to leave again within a year?
If yes:
* How did recruiters or hiring managers react during interviews?
* Did they question why you rejoined only to leave so soon?
* What explanation did you give?
* Did it have any negative impact on getting shortlisted or receiving offers? Any experiences or advice would be greatly appreciated
