Hi all
Few months back, I accepted @pwc india's offer but didn't join.
Now I was referred for @pwc US but as I was applying for the job, the portal shows previous application with status as offer accepted.
Will pwc consider me again?
Does anyone have any idea on this?

Hello guys,
Today I had salary negotiation with Capgemini , they are offering 15 lpa with 10% variable. I feel this is a bit low based on current market standards. I asked for 20 initially, but they are not willing to go beyond 15 without any counter offer. HR flat out rejected 20 saying business will not approve. what is the max they will give after providing counter offer? And if i join around November, when will i be eligible for next appraisal? They are offering c1 band.

Shell role is better both in terms of pay almost a 10% hike on the EY offer and the industry. As the consulting industry is undergoing some structural changes. Shell or the oil industry seems promising with opportunity to travel outside. If you can tell more about your background and past jobs, decision can form.
I’m a team lead in SC in a manufacturing industry and spent 4+ years in the same firm. Now evaluating to get into tech consulting or into ongc for next step. Aspiring to become a business lead position in future.
