I’m currently in the interview process for a .NET Developer role at eClerx and wanted to understand the nature of work there.

Is the role focused on pure development (Web API, backend, application development), or does it involve more data analytics / support-type work?

Would really appreciate insights from anyone currently working or who has worked there.

I started a new role 3 months ago and I don’t feel like I’m being set up to succeed. There was basically no onboarding. I have no clue who to go to for anything. We have no central repository for old documents, so I’m constantly fumbling around & starting from zero. I keep finding systems or programs that someone was supposed to get me access to/train me on but never did. I’m so stressed out because I never know if I’m missing something huge. Hi All,I got an offer in JP Morgan for VP- Software engineering. I am currently in SCB Business team - VP, they are ready to create a role on what I want to work in Technology team and and give same compensation.

Is this a toxic trait.. anytime I have an inconvenience, I look for jobs or do I just hate my job. I have applied and received several interviews but when it comes to that point, I back out and decide it’s best to stay. I am also going through IVF and told myself “maybe not best time to leave with insurance and stuff” ugh why am I like this?! I think I just don’t wanna work in general. Adulting sucks

But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will. For now I have said yes to my current organisation. What should I do? Was this a correct decision?
