Anybody hiring for data analytics positions? I just need a first round interview. I am a decent candidate, my last 5 interviews were EY, McK, EY, McK and GS (last round, 1st round, last round, 2nd round, 1st round). I am considering an offer for an AE role (UK-LDN) where the base is £42k & OTE is £70k. The Regional GM has verbally promised to move it up to £50k base if I perform well during the probationary period, but I can’t have it in writing on the contract. I’ve tried to counter offer but they said I’m currently maxing the salary band (L4). This role is exciting as I’d be the first UK employee, doing the full sales cycle & more but I had the same base and ote as an SDR. Is it too low? Do I take it?

Exit to Amazon London L6 with £95k TC (68 base, 10 bonus, and 19 shares, vesting 0-3-8-8). Is this a fair offer?

I had interviewed with PwC India for Business Analyst role at Pune location, my both Manager round and Client round went well. However I have still not received any call/ offer from HR. I did call the HR she told me that they have not heard back from the Client.
Any idea how much time does the HR can take if they want to give offer.
My last working day is on this Friday and will have to join other company on Monday if dnt received offer from PwC. Please guide me.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.
