I’m looking for advice from professionals in Healthcare tec..

I have 7 years of experience as a medical secretary. In 2022, I left my role to pursue a BS in Health Science with plans for nursing, but later completed an MS in Computer Science (finished in February). Since graduating, I’ve been struggling to break into Healthcare IT.

I’d appreciate guidance on useful certifications, resume positioning, or hearing from others who’ve made a similar transition. Thank you.

I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?
