Hi everyone, I’m seeking some advice regarding the onboarding timeline at Genpact. I submitted my commitment sheet on 19th March, but I haven’t received my formal offer letter yet.
Since I have already transitioned out of my previous role, I’m feeling a bit concerned. For those who have joined Genpact recently, how many days did it typically take for your offer letter to be released after the commitment stage? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Struggling with imposter syndrome here. Over the past five years at my employer I went from independent contributor as a developer to a more of a Leadership position. what I’m finding though is that I don’t get nearly the kudos or mentions that I used to as an IC. I often wonder if I’m doing a good job or if I’m failing I tend to overthink and read into peoples life interactions. is this common as you enter leadership? Any tips to maintain confidence?
