I’m planning to upskill and am confused between pursuing a Snowflake certification (which aligns with my current work) or going for Databricks(in previous project i worked on aws glue pyspark but not databricks) as there is more demand/opportunities for databricks and pyspark as compared to snowflake i guess.

Or for now should I consider doing snowflake certificate and afterwards can consider doing databrick

Hello everyone! I am currently new to the UX world, but I found that I've really connected with it since doing some research on the role as a UX Researcher. I have my BS in Psychology and CLDP, and I've had experience with research while in college. However, I'm not sure if my current role would be helpful in transitioning into this career. Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!
