I'm working as AM- EY India(1st company) in Risk&Compliance dept with 5.5 years of experience ~17LPA CTC.
I have 2 offers from diff industries (similar role) but it's very confusing now to finalise one:
1.Amex in Gurgaon as Senior Analyst L7- 23 LPA CTC
2.Deloitte in UAE as Assistant Manager- 18000 AED/ month.
I know these are different industries and in different countries too. I don't think any of these is a bad option, but I hope I will get good insights here to take a final call

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. 1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.

YOE: 1 year and TechStack - microservice development ( python + aws + azure)

Which one would be better to join, considering CTC, benifits and WLB?
