What are some of the best industry companies to work for in LA with high strategy / ops comp?

I was given a salary range of 95k-100k for a mulit billion dollar company. Senior financial analyst. Is it unreasonable to ask for 110k or 105k if an offer gets extended? Since its late in the year, they said i wont get a bonus or merit increase this next year, could i use this as reasoning behind more money?

Currently a consultant at a firm with tons of free training opportunities. No background in coding/tech. Looking to pick up blockchain certifications or credentials in my spare time that will open doors in the future, but no clear vision yet of what exactly I would be looking to do.
