Hello 🐟🎏
When will be the retention bonus will be paid if a candidate joined TCS in the middle of the financial year. I.e September'22... Will that be paid on next year's September'23 Month only after completing an year in TCS?
And will the Retention bonus will also be considered as taxable income of the the current year taxes(2022-23)?
Looking for valuable suggestions!!!

Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

I have not seen a Civil Engineer have a PMP in my experience (10 yrs). As far as certifications there are a couple that come to mind that you can look into, it all depends on what you want your career path to be. PTOE and PTP, Professional Traffic Operations Engineer, and Professional Transportation Planner.
I've seen a few engineers with the PMP and am considering getting mine in the next year or so. I have asked a couple of them and it sounds like it is worth it to have if you want to go into project management and can help you stand out especially if no one else has it. Not only does it benefit you but it can also help the company's marketing to say they have a certified PMP leading projects.
I got my pmp certification. Even if though my company did not recognize it at the time, it was good knowledge to gain. What I learned helped me to successfully lead projects as a civil engineer. After leaving the company, I joined another organization that does recognize the value of it and got an significant pay increase.
