Hi everyone, I’ve an offer from EXL Gurgaon for the Consultant 1 role in insurance analytics and have another offer from a mid size consulting company. Both the offers are more or less the same. Hello All, I have got an Offer from PWC as an Associate in the Advisory line of service. The team is mentioned to be Forensics. Wanted to check how is the team and what are the WFH arrangements. Hi Everyone!

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
