Hi Everyone, I've been looking for a Project Manager or Scrum Master role for the past two years, but it hasn't worked out due to various reasons such as CTC expectations, my two-month notice period, and many recruiters seeking immediate joiners. In several cases, I've cleared the first round of interviews with major companies, but when it's time for the second round, they either disappear or inform me that the position is on hold. I'm unsure when things will finally align. Exp: 7+ years.

Big 4 Consulting interviews: do most people fail out of interviews at the behavioral interview part or the case interview part? Does anyone know statistics of job offers given once you make the casing portion of a Big 4 interview?

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?

I have cleared technical interview at @EXL and have also given another round of interview with VP.
