I am an MBA graduate from last year, currently working at PwC as a PMO. I am interested in transitioning to Amazon for a project manager role. Does Amazon hire MBA professionals with around 1 year of experience as a PMO for project manager positions? Any guidance or direct messages related to this would be greatly appreciated.

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
