I am currently working as an SAP functional consultant in Infosys and I have done my MBA from K J Somaiya ( Mumbai). I have worked here for 1.5 years and am very eager to shift to a more non technical strategic business consulting role , preferably with one of the big 4 companies. I am not sure how to leverage my current experience to do that on my CV. Would really appreciate some guidance on what are the best places to apply for a job other than Naukri / LinkedIn. THANKS!

Received an offer for a Product Manager role from a midsized financial services company for $120k base + 15% bonus. Currently making $130k + 15% bonus in consulting with 4 yoe. Is this a good offer?
