Just received a new of one of the former senior manager passed away due to a massive heart attack. Early 40s. I am at loss of words. Such a genius of a guy. Facing an odd problem. When I had no offers in hand, and was expecting salaries in the range of 18 - 20 LPA, I was getting lots of interviews. Now that I have offers in hand north of 25 LPA, I am not being shortlisted for interviews. Should I hide the offers in hand, quote expected as before and negotiate post interviews in HR round?
