I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

In these years, I haven't learn any technical skills.
Though , I am very good at handling clients, planning and at other required stuffs.

I am fresher and started working since August in Capgemini. I have worked for 2 weekend recruitment drive for calling candidate and informing them about schedule and all , our manager told us that we'll get incentives for this work and it's been two month she hasn't approved incentives.
