Sell or keep my old condo? Condo worth around 450k and still 310k balance to pay off. Mortgage is 2200 (adding HOA) and monthly rental is 2300-2400. Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience.
