with an offer of 18 LPA from India

I am exploring opportunities outside India, had an interview with an MNC at Doha, Qatar
if someone can help out with a ball park CTC figure for a 4 years exp's at Qatar along with any advice which I should clear out in terms of travel/accomodations onsite?

PDM specialist at 96k. I have an option to select PDM Specialist 2 or PDM Manager for my promotion with the PPMD. Which one is advisable to prefer Pay wise? I am thinking to take PDM 2 to increase my base pay for the manager.

Can you help explain why a team would be able to afford hiring an individual under PDM at a higher salary but unable to offer the same package under the Traditional route?

For context, I’m currently negotiating for a role and have expressed some of my concerns. My recruiter has been very helpful, but I’d like to better understand the reasoning before making my decision. The offer is $100k for PDM, but $85k max if brought on as Traditional.
