Does anyone know about SVAM International ? Have got a call from them, they want to raise H1B Visa, however would need me to sign a bond saying I will be joining the company if visa gets approved and will work for them atleast for a year once I fly to usa. Salary seems to be capped at $90k though. Unsure does anyone know if they are a reliable organization? and/or what things I need to ensure if proceeding with it.

Software AG (GCS Department) - work will be on Agile Apps (No Code/Low code)

Larsen & Toubro Infotech - Work will be on a client (Schneider) project

Which one would be better?

How much stock do you put on benefits? I have two offers with stark differences in benefits. Job 1: role I want, but benefit sucks (2 weeks paternity leave, 20% coinsurance). Job 2: role is okay but higher level and great benefits (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation). Total comp is the same though. I wonder if I should just focus on role but Job 2 is a large company, so I can move around after 2-3 years I’d expect. Thoughts?

I have experience in graphic design, but I just completed a certificate in UI/UX design so other than school projects I don't have an extensive amount of experience. What would you suggest I should charge? I am more interested in gaining experience than needing the money, but want to be payed reasonably.
