Hi fishes, during my discussion with HR, they mentioned that bonus (approx 25% of base salary) is part of PwC salary structure. Now in the offer letter it is mentioned "you may be eligible for bonus from time to time". I mentioned the expected fixed based on this information provided by HR. However if I don't get bonus, my salary will be much lower. Does PwC provide bonus details in offer letter? If not, can I renegotiate the initial offer? PwC PwC India

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Most of know basics of neither Alteryx, Power BI nor Tableau, while everyone in India is expected to know all the three. Most of the times we are expected to work till their afternoon (our Midnight)

The company KPMG was suppose to deduct my joining bonus and other things in final settlement. Last working day was last day of month , which means i got full salary.
