For 4 years I came into the data science field, from the past 4 years I have worked on dashboard generation and reports generation and sample api deployment for custom scripts and not even a single model. Now I am confused about which path I should learn.. Any suggestions which path should I go, I am not getting calls out side due to less ml projects in my resume and they are saying experience related to data analyst, not data science.

Any consulting partners in Toronto interested in taking on a mentee? 6 YoE @ PwC, goal to make partner at a consulting firm (not necessarily my own). Would really value balanced external perspective! DM if interested thanks

1st yr at a nyc v50 firm doing general transactional work. I know the lateral market for transactional lawyers is hot but not as hot for juniors. I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible? Would it look bad on my resume?

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. Qualified Dividends: I’m expecting $650-$750 qualified dividend in 2021. Salary and base about $250 total. Questions: what tax rate will the qualified dividend be taxed at? The 15% or 20%? Also, since it’s technically a long term gain, do I have to pay an state and local on the income? Been reading for a bit and I can’t seem to find a clear answer. Thanks fishies!
