Accepted a new job at competing Big 4 but got a message from a recruiter from MBB. How do I respond to the recruiter? Is it worth it to take the call and be honest with them?

Found out my interview this week will be with PMs of different levels so they can decide who wants me on their team, but recruiter won’t give me any specifics on client/brand, print or digital, etc...

Cold applied for an awesome role, had an interview with hiring manager, recruiter, and given a pretty hefty assignment that I’m really proud of nailing. They followed up with an email asking for 4-5 days that I am available for a full day of interviews. Gave them 4-5 days, started planning for how I’d get those days off work during insane times at current job, and now not a single word from them to confirm a date. Been over a week now. Sad. Pretty jaded. What can I do? Already followed up

Had a salary discussion with headhunter, who really lowballed me and told that the employer is not going to pay more than X.
The final interview is scheduled for tomorrow should I be expecting any salary negotiation during the final interview or after or is the number that I informally agreed to with a headhunter is set in stone?
How bad is it if I refuse to accept the offer? Will I be banned from working with that headhunting firm?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Hello all, i am selected for the first round of interview for SAP technical role in SAP America. In a 30 min round, may I know as per your experience, would it be a complete technical interview or a techno-managerial ?

Graduating Ph.D. program 2021, received offer from tiny boutique for 140TC+random small boutique benefits. Would be better commute, non metro area closer to home. Waiting to hear back from well known life science boutique (think ZS, Clearview, Putnam). Offer would be for NYC office, would likely relocate.

If offer is given, a) at what $ is this worth and b) is brand everything for first firm out of school?

Also would the life science boutiques reasonably pay more than that?

Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. While I act incredibly fast if not immediately with some, I sometimes take 1-2 weeks with couple of hours worthy ones. I am finishing up my second year of practice as a lawyer. I transitioned to plaintiffs pi work from a boutique commercial litigation firm. I like the work and not having to bill. The issue I am having is managing volume. I have about 150 active files some pre-lit and the rest are in litigation. Cases range in value from very small to low six figures. I also take the driver seat for the grunt work on the firms bigger cases which are at or near 7 figure value. I constantly feel (cont.)
