I am a SAPUI5 and BTP developer with
5.3 years of exp. I have two offers.
Confused which one to choose.

Deloitte USI - 18 fixed + 0-10% variable + 1 lakh joining bonus.

LTM - 20.75 fixed + 0-10% variable.

Deloitte is a great brand but wlb is poor (checked linkedin) and they are offering less than LTM.

LTM offers me the highest but when I connected with people in linkedin there are not much SAP projects.
So literally confused. Deloitte HR won't revise the compensation. It's final.

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!

HR discussion yet to happen.. In the meanwhile got another interview scheduled tomorrow frm TCS whose talent acquisition person told its a pan india location and any location can be provided...

Is it wrong that I’m just not into PE/VC? It seems to be the most desirable exit for most people that I work with.
