I am receiving an offer from Cisco for G10. Want your Inputs if its good and on par with Cisco standards.

YOE - 10

Current comp - 29L(Fixed)+3L(PBonus)+10L(RSU every year)

Cisco's offer - 39L(Base with PF)+50K $RSU+6L(JB)+3.9(PB)

I am negotiating with them to bump up the base but they are insisting as they have already reached limit.
I G10 right grade for 10 YOE?
