I completed managerial round in CGI yesterday and they want me to join in one month but my notice period is 3 months so they are not ok with me but I told I can negotiate my notice period to one month or 2month will as my current project is going to end they will reject me because of this? CGI Note: I don't have any offers because of the 90 days notice period so I don't want to miss the opportunity in CGI and I have negotiated salary also. Please suggest what can be.
