I have completed all rounds with RBEI and HR discussion went well (yet to receive offer). My current CTC is 5L and I hold 2 offers of 11L (incl 10% VP) and I sent them counter offer letters and not sure if they will match my CTC or not. Any suggestions please if it is good to join Bosch even they offer around 8.5-9 considering WLB and job security? And need to know hikes in bosch. Thanks!

In salary breakup of Bosch apart from total CTC, another payable amount is mentioned under 'NPS optional- Company Contribution'. What does this optional means? And whether this NPS amount is on the top of the offered CTC or will they adjusted it with some other component mentioned under fixed salary?
