I got offer from Capgemini for Automation testing. And also I am interested to join in Capgemini. The thing is , I have worked in Non-IT when I started my carrier, but I don’t have experience letter from non -IT and also the non -IT organization is reflect in my UAN portal.
But Capgemini HR doesn’t consider this thing and he said ok, no issues.But my confusion is in some MNC , they will to Client BGV , at that time they will they ask for Non-IT experience letter since it is in UAN.

Joined LTI in June in Citi bank account. But still no onboarding. Many people waiting for VDI. Manager said it's freeze from Citi side process is slow. Now they have started releasing people. It's easy to get another project on bench. Will LTI ask to resign?

Can you be on more than one project at a time? Like if you have a project that only takes up like 10 hours a week, can you get onto another project to fill the remaining hours? I know your coach is supposed to be your project manager which is why I wonder if it’s maybe not allowed?

So I worked from home yesterday and my husband had a sneak peak on my meetings with clients (which I’m very new to being a senior). He mention that I should read some sales pitch books of some sorts so I can get a process down and not be drain from having genuine conversations with every client. I think it’s a great idea. Anyone have thoughts or recommendation?

What areas within SalesForce value the consulting skill set. I have managed large teams and P&L of $20M annual. My boss assigns projects with unclear expectations and provides no guidance on how to achieve them.

I've asked for help, and, to avoid a long post, she expects me to figure it out. Perhaps you go through this too, but when I don't have a clear guide on completing big projects, it paralyzes me because I don't know where to start. On top of that, I have anxiety, so "it has to be perfect".

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer.
