I had an interview with Hexaware Technology for Director Sales role in Germany. I'm an IIM grad currently working with HCL in India. Hexaware has offered 100K Euro as the CTC with a break up of 80-20. Is it a fair offer? Could you please suggest what's a fair number, considering that I have close to 8 yrs of work exp.

I accepted a 95k systems engineer role in VA with KBR and is currently going thru a clearance.(MAY START DATE)
Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?
