I had two offers from two different companies and today was the joining date for both.


I joined one and informed the other one last night that I won't be joining. However, recruiter from the other company did not see my email and went ahead with virtual onboarding - now this recruiter HR is saying it will create issues with BGV.


Can someone explain what issues there can be, if anything at all? As I have informed them before my schedules joining date/time.

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. Its base is 15L, and I'll be getting 124800 in-hand.

I have 3.5 yoe in typescript/react/NEXTjs fullstack. Out of which only 10 months are on a full time role, rest of time was freelancing.

Yoe-7 techstack - .net,MVC,webapi,azure certification (az-204) but no hands on azure projects.

Unisys- 23 Lpa(fixed) ,LWD - 23 oct ,CCTC -14.5
Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

Is unisys good company to join and how about wlb and hikes in unisys?
