I have 2.5 years of experience in SAP Fiori and now I have two options available.

1.Deloitte USI
2.Small firm based out of California and few countries specialized in SAP GTS consulting with permanent remote.

I would like to grow my skills in SAP ABAP and im also more into remote work with good WLB. I'm totally confused whether I should go with big4 or should I take this risk at early stage of my career. I'm just afraid that I'm making mistake ignoring D USI for small firm.

Are there certain firms that are more accepting of Tax backgrounds entering advisory positions? I’m a CPA with a couple years regional tax experience looking to transition to advisory/deals, but have struggled getting big 4 advisory interviews even with solid recommendations.
I’ve heard there’s solid opportunities in advisory type work for some other large firms outside big 4. Has anybody made a similar transition?

Hi everyone, I had a major surgery and am looking to find a remote position involving anything that isn’t 100% commission based or cold calling/agent positions. I've received an offer from LnT (29 LPA), is that good enough to resign now , considering my CCTC is 25.8.

Also, I'm almost 90 pc sure that i may be released within a week of resignation as my project contract has not been renewed and we're in handover phase.

What is good package for sap basis folks?
Package in range of 25-30 lpa is possible for 9yoe in service based companies?

Is it good to get stocks as part of CTC which has 4 years vesting period?

CTC looks high due to this stocks but effectively i would not be getting it for the 4 years. Also the yearly hike includes this stock component.

CTC had fixed, variable and stock part. Variable and stock is almost 30% of total ctc.

Really confused if this is a good deal or is it a trap.
