I have 3rd round of interview with Deloitte USI for pursuit advisory Senior Analyst Hyderabad/Gurgaon location (it's with USA leadership),

Any tips for the same, like what are the expected questions or questions to ask panelists,What shoud be the package to ask for? Please suggest

I have already got through the round 1 , assignment, round 2 (with Vice president) , Versant and Belit Tests.

This is related to increment/hike.
Promoted to Manager from Senior Consultant 2 in Business Consulting Risk Advisory. Current package is INR 17.5 L fixed with 7.5 years of total work experience. Bonus received is 25%.

Can someone please tell what would be the revised fixed compensation (how much hike can I expect). Also, whether will be promoted to M1 Or M2. Thanks.

Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Obviously way more than I'd make if I stayed at KPMG for busy season.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
