I have 4.7+ YOE in real estate valuation in Indian retails mortgage space with banks.
Recently I switched to a startup in US property valuation with great culture and WFH. They had laid off few employees in July and I panicked. Now I have an offer from a big private bank in retails mortgage space with less work life balance & culture, pay is same. I like my current company culture and work, should I join a big brand and switch industry or stay & try my luck with current company?

What are everyone's thoughts on resume services/coaching? I am a leader/exec that was laid off (first time) and have spent over 15 years in various roles such SVP Operations, Senior Director Product, VP Solutions, etc. at different companies.

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

My manager told me that this year bel curve is reintroduced and due certain process change in scatter plot , difference is expected( its mentioned in mail also) but she has assured that everything is fine and promotion is also supported but due to bellcurve, normalization has taken place .rest they have given good feedback..any comments/suggestion?

Hey, I have HRA component of monthly ~40k. I live in my parents house in Tier-2 city.
So if I make a claim of 40k as monthly rent to my parents, is there any issue that might be faced in future from the income tax department?
I will be providing parents pan card details and will adding the same in their ITR as other income source.
I know this is possible, but want to know if this big amount will cause any issues or not.
Or if anyone has been doing this earlier can you please suggest.
