I have 6yoe. I recently joined HPE CCP team. The company HPE is really good. But the CCP team is a different world all together, it's a career killer. They don't have any application, and they work on bullshit techstack. I am creating json files here with pressure to justify my 24 hrs of work every standup. And now they are telling me that " interview is just a gimmick process". Should I leave? I am afraid due to the current low demand in the market.

Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
